Note: Only pay with cash if you've been compounded with US dollars, MY Ringgit etc. and not QQ dollars. If you've been compounded with QQ dollars, pay with FD's bank instead.
In order to pay your compound with cash, you must make an appointment with Admin OKITO and pay at Country of OKITO, Learning Room, QQ Care Centre (or any other suitable dealing location like a café for outsiders) so that we can receive the payment and transaction. The time to meet each other is decided by us and CAN'T be chosen by yourself. Please contact us at @qqcarecentre on Instagram to book an appointment.
When paying with cash, bring along your payment and your compound ticket. We might not be able to provide change so please bring the exact cash or/and coins.
